We-Q for Teams has been raising team consciousness and intelligence for 4 years now.

We’d like to thank the EE community for giving us great feedback at different stages of its development. This has enabled us to launch our newest version which we are offering to EE consultants, coaches and team leaders free until end March 2021.

The We-Q suite comprises a powerful team diagnostic, full report and a handbook for team facilitators.

It is completely anonymous, private and confidential. We-Q is conducted for the team and by the team. The data is trusted, owned, and actionable. It provides a unique snapshot and insight into how the team is feeling about itself, right now.

20 key questions are answered numerically, and focus around four key ‘pillars’:

  • Being Fully Myself
  • How We Behave
  • Getting Things Done
  • Doing the Right Thing

We-Q highlights the key conversations needed to enable teams to increase their awareness, alignment, effectiveness, and wellbeing.

The set-up, data analysis, and insight process is designed to be intuitive and simple.
