She is currently a Professor of Practice at the University of Bath School of Management in the UK. Heffernan is the former chief executive officer of five businesses and is the writer of five books including Wilful Blindness, which is a classic by now. Her TED Talks have been seen by millions and Margaret advocates not to play by the rules, but to change them.
