Remember the two conditions for a company-wide transformation: the CEO must get it and want it, and so must the Board. 

If the CEO is not on board, a wholesale transformation is off the table, because we’re talking not about a set of management tools, but a whole new way of looking at the world. But you might still bring about beautiful changes within your own sphere of influence.
