Introduction by Jean-Paul Munsch, Guest Editor of EE Magazine’s Education edition:

A thought-provoking matrix out of Otto Scharmer’s Presencing kitchen, and a helpful layout of educational evolutionary processes. This overview of five facets of any educational system, as they are emerging in society over time, can help us place individual schools, projects, endeavors, views, etc. into a possibly heuristic context. One could imagine using it in a constellation process to make visible different perspectives, different needs, and differences in leadership understanding. It might also reveal the underlying notions of our belief system concerning individual and collective human potential that serve our old patterns or enable emerging new ones.
