Note from Enlivening Edge: Whether or not you were among the hundreds there on October 10, this followup message from the party crew is a good summary of what happened and what you can access now for inspiration and connecting!
It was a thrill for us at Enlivening Edge that we got mentioned and acknowledged so satisfyingly as to our value to the movement!
Thank you so much to everyone who joined us yesterday either via Zoom or via the YouTube livestream link! We had a wonderful event with hundreds tuning in from all over the world and connecting.
We had four special storyteller guests: Tonny Wamboga, Operations Lead from SINA; Kelly Hall, former Managing Director of Niaga; and Jos and Thijs de Blok from Buurtzorg. We had a conversation with Frederic himself about his reflections ten years on.
The group had so many burning questions, in fact, that at least 100 stayed even after the event finished for another hour to talk with him! Questions like: what should your role become if you are the CEO? What about the education system? What do we do with the ‘pain’ when exploring new ways of working?
