I am passionate about helping organizations learn to operate with greater self-management and distributed authority. For many years I've helped software teams be more self-managing and adaptive through the use of Agile Software Development. I became curious about how to scale the benefits of self-organizing teams to an entire organization, and that's what attracted me to Holacracy.
Since 2014 I've been a Certified Holacracy Coach and I was delighted when in late 2015 Enlivening Edge invited me to become their Holacracy Coach. Working with Enlivening Edge has provided an excellent opportunity to hone my Holacracy coaching skills, and to see the benefits and challenges of adopting Holacracy. Besides our explorations of self-management, I've also thoroughly enjoyed everything we do to incorporate wholeness and evolutionary purpose into our organization. Enlivening Edge is truly a living laboratory of Teal principles and practices.
I have a variety of other roles within Enlivening Edge, ranging from Lead Link of the General Circle to Website Wizard to Community Hub Designer. This is a reflection of my diverse skills and interests, which have always blended the very technical with the very human and personal.
