When faced with the complexity of organisations, or the entrenched belief systems of the past, many corporate employees simple give up or complain about the system. This is the first in a series of videos that investigates this situation and invites the questions:
- Can a grass roots movement be built to change companies from within?
- Can such a movement be built on basic human values of connection and shared togetherness?
- Can we start by building more human centred teams and grow to shift the whole perspective of large organisations?
- Can we use the existing infrastructure to shake the system and change society at large?
Many thanks to Boards of Canada for their kind permission to use their music on the above video.
