Magazine Highlights
July - August 2023

Let's start with our Editorial: EE's big announcement that our much-beloved-for-7-years Community Conversations have moved to their new home in EE's new online full-featured Community Hub. This offers participants in the newly renamed Deepening Our Resonance Conversations more space to hold and continue these enlivening and uplifting interactions.

A major new offering to CEOs within our ecosystem, of a safe learning and sharing cohort, from the folks at The Teal Team, is well worth a look-see. It meshes well with a group for CEOs within our new EE Community Hub.

The emergent theme for July-August articles seems to be Power: Power of Self-managing Communities is very relevant to our Editorial. Also on the theme: Transforming Power Paradigms and an upcoming conference on Power, Purpose, and Pay. which will cover a lot of sticky practical issues in next-stage organizations.

You'll also find shared wisdom here about sticky practical issues like compensation, difficult conversations, the CEO not on board with changes, consensus slowdowns, recruiting, and helping people into their best roles.

On the very positive side, authors encourage us on wholeness matters such as intrinsic motivation, preparing for transformation to make it easier, introducing more "wholeness" into team functioning, and discovering purpose.

Everyone always says "Show me examples" so how about a construction company in Australia?

And in case you are wondering what Frederic Laloux, the catalyst for the Teal Organizations/Reinventing Organizations movement, is up to now, here's his latest project.

On the macro scale, learn about a new open-source project to co-create a Needs-Paradigm-based collaborative and discover myths that hold us back from shifting into the future of work.

Is there someone in the organizations represented above whom you could reach out to for help with some challenge? We invite you to get in touch with an author by contacting them, and also commenting on their article. By the way, you can talk with some authors directly through the Meet The Authors group in our new Community Hub.

We would love to hear from you about initiatives, happenings, new groups, and events from around the world. Send us "news" and we'll co-create a way to share it. During September or October please write or suggest an article on any topic.
