Hello

Are you fed up with soulless organizations with office politics and people defending their turfs? It doesn’t have to be like that. There’s a growing number of organizations switching from stultifying hierarchies to self-management, committing to an evolutionary purpose, and creating enlivened workplaces that we can truly bring our whole selves to – and see them flourish.

The aim of the Enlivening Edge newsletter and website is to be a meeting place for the growing international movement of those ‘next-stage’ organizations.  Though we have launched Enlivening Edge, it doesn’t belong to us. It will grow with the movement, and we hope that with every subsequent issue it will become more and more “owned” by you all. See how you can get involved

Latest News

In our News section, you can read how ‘next-stage’’ practices are rapidly spreading around the globe and find out about the new online community created for the ‘everyday heroes’ who are already reinventing their organizations – as well as all those who would like to.

We also investigate how Holacracy – a novel form of self-management used by hundreds of ’next-stage’ organizations working without bosses – has taken the decision to embrace a more open approach: ‘Holacracy makes the leap to open source – and zaps the ‘painful’ legalese’.
